Refund Eligibility

At CyferWall, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours within a billing period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within 14 days of initial subscription (for new customers only)
  • Failure to deliver promised features or functionality

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cyferwall.com with the following information:

  • Account email address
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction details (if applicable)
  • Any supporting documentation

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees and one-time charges
  • Custom development work that has been completed
  • Third-party integrations or licenses
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations will:

  • Take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Allow continued access to the service until the period ends
  • Not result in automatic refunds unless eligible under this policy

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Unused portion of service time
  • Severity of service issues
  • Customer usage patterns

Service Credits

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Service disruptions or downtime
  • Performance issues affecting your usage
  • Goodwill gestures for inconvenience
