At CyferWall, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

- •Cancellation within 14 days of initial subscription (for new customers only)
- •Failure to deliver promised features or functionality
Refund Process

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within:

- •PayPal: 1-2 business days
- •Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- •Custom development work that has been completed

- •Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Subscription Cancellations
