What We Expect

  • • Provide sufficient detail to reproduce the issue
  • • Keep vulnerability details confidential until fixed
  • • Avoid accessing or modifying user data
  • • Don't perform destructive testing

Our Commitment

  • • Initial response within 24 hours
  • • Regular updates on fix progress
  • • Credit for responsible disclosure
  • • No legal action for good faith research
  • • Potential bug bounty rewards

Out of Scope

  • • Social engineering attacks
  • • Physical attacks on facilities
  • • Denial of service attacks
  • • Spam or email delivery issues
  • • Missing security headers (non-exploitable)
