- • Provide sufficient detail to reproduce the issue
- • Keep vulnerability details confidential until fixed
- • Avoid accessing or modifying user data
- • Don't perform destructive testing
Our Commitment
- • Initial response within 24 hours
- • Regular updates on fix progress
- • Credit for responsible disclosure
- • No legal action for good faith research
- • Potential bug bounty rewards
Out of Scope
- • Social engineering attacks
- • Physical attacks on facilities
- • Denial of service attacks
- • Spam or email delivery issues
- • Missing security headers (non-exploitable)
